Goal of function:

Economic and goal-oriented planning and realization of defined tasks related to the Tender Opportunity Management Module, with the aim of driving commercial excellence and add value to local and global FME organizations. Support the development, deployment, and maintenance of the Tender Opportunity Module, enabling the end-to-end Tender workflow and CPQ (Configure/Price/Quote) functionalities. Responsibility for ensuring smooth system operations of the Tender Opportunity Management Module in collaboration with internal and external partners.

Tasks

  • Assist and assume responsibility in the general functioning, smooth operation, maintenance, and technical support of the Tender Opportunity Module
  • Drive and support the further development of the Tender Opportunity Module by identifying requirements and gaps through regular conversations with stakeholders
  • Take responsibility for determining methods and procedures required to achieve specified outcomes​
  • Support the team in creation and processing of training materials​
  • Active support in day-to-day operations​ incl. training for new users
  • Provide accurate information on Tender support systems and services
  • Use triage skills to identify important or urgent issues and ensure that they are escalated appropriately to the relevant support services.
  • Provide timely and effective first level technical support to employees, including but not limited to​:
  • Difficulty with the use of the Tender Opportunity Management Module IT applications and services,​
  • Follow up, update users, and progress outstanding issues to resolution​ Set up accounts for new users
  • Ensure reliability and availability of the Tender and Sales CPQ Opportunity
  • Increase in transparency and degree of automation in the tender process

Qualifications, experience and skills

  • University degree in the area of Economics, Business Administration or related field
  • First experience in the healthcare sector preffered
  • First experience in project work for digital solutions in an international environment
  • First experience in the area of Sales and Marketing preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong and effective communicator with the ability to communicate across various functions
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively​
  • Cooperation and teamwork
  • Analytical and problem-oriented thinking
  • Technical understanding and IT affinity
  • Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
  • Project management skills are an advantage
  • Understanding of customer centric development concepts is an advantage
  • Well-developed computer skills (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)​
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. MS Dynamics)
  • Excellent command in spoken and written: English, additional languages (especially German, Spanish or Italian) are considered a plus
  • Willingness to travel
