Talent Acquisition Intern (with an excellent knowledge of Excel)

If you enjoy working with people, have an analytical mind, and are proficient in Excel – join us as a Talent Acquisition Intern!

Your tasks:

• Support in conducting recruitment processes (job postings, preselection, scheduling interviews)

• Creating reports and recruitment analyses in Excel (you need to love numbers!)

• Assisting in organizing employer branding events and job fairs

• Collaborating with TA colleagues and external stakeholders 

• Tracking and updating candidates' data in recruitment systems (We work with WORKDAY).

Who are we looking for?

• You are a student or have just graduated 

• You demonstrate an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) 

• You are interested in HR and want to develop in the talent acquisition area 

• You are resilient, well-organized, and independent 

• You know Polish and English.
